well ill be -*test*-('")ing this stuff like grip tape, or adhesive sandpaper on the frame near the footpegd of my bike to see how it goes.

Current outlook:
like a strip of sandpaper, but with an adhesive backing. Really easy to apply, just like a normal sticker.

Ok well ive given it a fairly thorough -*test*-('")ing.

To apply its very easy, just stick it on like a normal sticker and for it to really fix to the object, run over it with a heat gun pushing down all the creases or bubbles or uplifted corners etc. This will most definatly make sure it will stay fixed.

Not the grippiest form or a gripper, but does the job. Hanging onto the bike is a job considered alot easier, as gripping the bike with your feet is a must have to hang on. You might have to replace it fairly often as it doesnt have the longest life span, that that shouldnt be a drama.

Not to sure how much it wears on your boots, i didnt seem to have a drama.

For around $4 for about 3 metres worth, and easy to apply i give it a 6.5/10.

Also forgot to mention you should be able to pick this stuff up at hardware shops such as mitre 10. You can use it practically anywhere, on the foot pedal on your quick lift stands is a great spot, and strips on your loading ramp etc make life easier.

lol,
gave this stuff a good -*test*-('")ing at stadiumcross to find out it cant hack it. Goes smooth just after a couple of rides, so i wouldnt bother.

i had that stuff on my yz125 and it got tore up really fast and looked like crap

Katoom- 03-05-2006
yeah. It didnt look too bad to begin with, and i thought it would last at least a couple rides lol. Prob not a waste of money, prob a waste of time though.

kx250f_712- 03-05-2006
yeah cause then you go to peal it off and u gotta do that just right or it will make it look even worse just spend the extra money and get frame guards

Katoom- 03-05-2006
or those stompa grips

Kali- 03-05-2006
