Ok, a few things i have realised is that, when you get new fork seals and go for a ride you will have to release a fair bit of air but then there will be a stage when the seals are new and there will be no air to release. The air seeps into the fork through the sliding arm, and the better the seal = less air build up.
For ages i wasnt getting any air build up, and its recomended to realease the air after every ride... I was pretty confused. But now as my seals have aged a bit, im releasing air after every 2-3 rides.
how do your release the air?

on the top of your forks, next to the rebound or compression screw (depending on the bike) should be a bleed screw. Release this off and you should hear air coming out, if you dont hear any air, then no air has built up. Not releasing the air regularly can result in your suspension acting up to crap, and can cause the seals to leakl.
ill try that 2moro
can the air be buildt up in the rear shock aswel?
no, you know that canister on your rear shock? well that is compressed air...
Rear shocks lose air if anything
yeah i thought it would of just been the front shocks that buildt up air.
thanks for that
well..I tryed it and it worked.
there was a small pocket of air that came out on both sides.
hopefully my front end will be a bit smoother

Yeah, forks wont seem as stiff and wont be as demanding on your body.
